Rio Grande Ranches(RGR) and other Valley Floor Subdivisions

As the name implies, the Rio Grande River runs along the Western edge of this subdivision.  This is true big sky country.  UTE mountain rises along the Southern horizon. Wild Horses are at home here.  Other Valley Floor subdivisions include, Top of the World, Mount Blanca Valley Ranches, Trinchera Creek Estates and others.  There’s always a good deal to be found.
